Ordered a dress for next day delivery. It was for a very special occasion and was needed on Tuesday. It arrived today (Thursday). Would never use again. Unreliable.

I had a problem with returning and item that was to big. Emailed SilkFred replied straight away sending me a label. Was fantastic very helpful! I have ordered the the skirt I love in a smaller size x

I placed my order last night and the next day i noticed my address was wrong on the shipping information. i sent an email requesting to get this fixed and they said they could not make any changes and couldn't even provide me with a tracking number what a horrible customers service. I will never purchase from this website again.

Very poor customer service. Item returned as colour wasn't like photo, fir lovely but a horrid shade of green. Still waiting on refund of €110 Not reccomend. Response below is what I keep getting back from all my emails. So frustrating

I ordered an Anna Louise boutique dress two or more weeks ago, I had a dispatch notification but no tracking the item appeared sold out. Despite 22 emails noone has got me a refund or exchange.

Excellent service for orders and returns
